In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdttk website accessible at https://bdttk.io and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's Account, whether derived from deposits, winnings, or promotional credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive awarded to a Player by bdttk under specific promotional terms.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party studio whose games are made available through the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations, scheduling, and support hours.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required before certain account actions, including withdrawal of funds, may be completed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is not permitted under these Terms.

By accessing the bdttk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all areas of the Platform, including the sports betting section, the live casino lobby, the slots catalogue, specialty game categories such as WL Live and Triple, and all promotional and bonus programmes operated by bdttk.

bdttk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Use of the bdttk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdttk enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
3. Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that prohibits you from accessing gambling services. If you have previously self-excluded from bdttk or have requested account closure on responsible gaming grounds, you must not attempt to re-register without first contacting our responsible gaming team.
4. Single account: You must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, another Account on the Platform that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. Authorised payment method: You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

bdttk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership documents. Failure to provide such documents within the timeframe specified by bdttk may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of bdttk services, you must create a registered Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate or multiple Account registrations — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment wallet, device, or IP address — are prohibited. bdttk employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any Funds held across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdttk will never request your password via email, telephone, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and bdttk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bdttk support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bdttk will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

bdttk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. bdttk does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. bdttk is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the required documents are submitted and approved. bdttk aims to process approved withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within three to five minutes during normal operating conditions.

Funds integrity. All funds held in your Account represent a liability of bdttk to you. bdttk maintains Player funds in accounts segregated from operational business funds. This segregation is maintained to protect Player balances in the ordinary course of business.

• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits (funds sent from a wallet or bank account belonging to another person) are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• bdttk reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Chargebacks initiated against bdttk by a Player without first contacting support to resolve the dispute will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.
• Any balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after verification, unless the closure was due to a breach of these Terms, in which case bdttk reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.

bdttk offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering requirements. Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when wagering, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Abuse of bonuses. bdttk reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated a promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

All bets placed on the bdttk sports betting section and all games played in the casino and specialty sections are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market.

Sports betting. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances provided for in the specific rules of the applicable market (e.g., event postponement or cancellation). In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

Casino and live casino. Game outcomes for all casino titles are determined by the random number generator systems operated by the relevant Game Provider. bdttk does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table and enforced by the live dealer or game interface.

Obvious errors. In the event of a manifest pricing error, incorrect odds publication, or technical fault affecting a game outcome, bdttk reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to Players' Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the bet or game round has already been settled. bdttk will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on manifestly erroneous pricing.

Maximum winnings. bdttk may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within specified time periods. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. bets or game rounds resulting in payouts that exceed the applicable limit will be paid only up to the stated maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdttk Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the Platform programmatically in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a vehicle for the transfer of illicit proceeds.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdttk staff or other Players through any communication channel.

bdttk is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their activity responsibly.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their logged-in Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

All content on the bdttk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the property of bdttk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bdttk.

The intellectual property rights in individual games remain with the respective Game Providers. bdttk operates as a licensed distributor of those games and is not responsible for any intellectual property claims relating to game content itself.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by bdttk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bdttk collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify Player identity, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with Game Providers, payment processors, and KYC service providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdttk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

bdttk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the cause and whether or not bdttk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdttk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. bdttk will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any interruption but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

bdttk is not responsible for the actions, content, or technical performance of third-party Game Providers. Any claims relating to individual game outcomes, game functionality, or game content must be directed to the relevant Game Provider in the first instance.

bdttk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — bdttk will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Any Funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following verification, subject to the conditions set out in Section 5.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English-language version is the sole authoritative version and governs all aspects of the relationship between bdttk and its Players. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or inconsistency arising from any translation or localised rendering of these Terms, the English text shall prevail in all cases.

All communications between bdttk and Players — including support correspondence, account notifications, promotional communications, and legal notices — shall be conducted in English.
